The views from my room overlooking Tokyo were stunning, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. However, I felt that the breakfast buffet could use more variety, and there were some minor noise issues from the lounge above my room at night.

The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, providing a great retreat after busy days in Tokyo. On the downside, I wish there had been more English channels on the TV, and the breakfast buffet could've offered a bit more variety. Overall, I'd rate my experience as a solid 9 out of 10.
